Expansion of digital broadcasting in Odesa region

Since November 16, 2009 by facilities of the Odessa Regional Radio Television Transmitting Center (RRTTC) of BRT Concern the coverage of the territory with digital terrestrial on-air television signal has been expanded in Odessa region. The broadcasting was started in zone of single-frequency broadcasting, No 54.
Odessa region (coverage zone № 54) broadcasting is realized on 60 TV channel:
- 600 W transmitter Kotovsk town
- 75 W transmitter Savran' town
- 30 W transmitter Balta town
- 40 W transmitter Lubashivka town
In Kotovsk the signal goes via optical fiber communications lines. In Balta, Savran' and Lubashivka towns the signal is received by microwave links.
